    • 1 cup khoya(mava)
    • A pinch soda bi carbonate
    • ½ cup maida (all purpose flour)
    • Ghee for frying
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 cup water

    1. Mix khoya, soda and maida. Form dough without using any water. Now make ping-pong sized small balls out of it.
    2. Heat a deep frying pan with ghee. Deep fry these balls.
    3. Deep fry these balls.
    4. In a separate saucepan, mix sugar and water. Simmer and mix for 15 minutes. Add the deep fried balls.
