About this recipe: Shengdana Chutney is a traditional Maharashtran Chutney, which is made from roasted peanuts. It tastes great with chapatis or rotis.

Serves: 4 

  • 1 cup roasted peanuts
  • 2 teaspoons red chili powder
  • 1 to 2 dry red chilies
  • Salt as needed
  • 1 teaspoon roasted cumin seeds

  1. Take all the ingredients in a mixture grinder.
  2. Grind to make a powdery mixture.
  3. Serve with chapattis.
