    This is a spicy egg dish and if you like thick curries, trying this one is a must.

    Serves: 2 

    • 2 boiled eggs
    • 1 tablespoon chopped onions
    • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
    • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
    • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
    • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
    • 1 teaspoon haldi powder
    • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
    • 1 tablespoon grated roasted coconut
    • Salt as needed
    • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves

    1. Cut boiled andas (eggs) into cubes. Set aside.
    2. Mix onions, grated coconut and ginger garlic paste.
    3. Heat a pan with oil. Add cumin seeds and the coconut paste. Then add red chili powder, haldi powder and garam masala powder. Stir and mix.
    4. Add salt and the cubed eggs. Stir and fry it well. Garnish with coriander leaves.
