About this recipe:
This is a spicy egg dish and if you like thick curries, trying this one is a must.
2 boiled eggs
1 tablespoon chopped onions
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon haldi powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 tablespoon grated roasted coconut
Salt as needed
1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
- Cut boiled andas (eggs) into cubes. Set aside.
- Mix onions, grated coconut and ginger garlic paste.
- Heat a pan with oil. Add cumin seeds and the coconut paste. Then add red chili powder, haldi powder and garam masala powder. Stir and mix.
- Add salt and the cubed eggs. Stir and fry it well. Garnish with coriander leaves.
