About this recipe: Half fry is a simple and Indian way of having eggs for breakfast. Enjoy with toast or paratha.

Serves: 1 

  • ½ tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • ½ teaspoon red chili powder
  • Salt as needed

Cook:3min  ›  Ready in:3min 

  1. Heat a tawa with oil. Break the egg with the sunny side up. Cook it for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Remove it from heat and sprinkle red chili powder and salt.
  3. Serve with toast or paratha.
