    About this recipe: This is shev that is light and useful as an ingredient for chat like snacks.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 3 

    • 2 cups besan
    • 2 tablespoons hot vegetable oil
    • 1 teaspoon haldi powder
    • Salt as needed
    • Water as needed
    • Vegetable oil for deep frying

    Directions
    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Ready in:30min 

    1. Mix besan, hot vegetable oil, haldi powder and salt with 3 to 4 tablespoons of water to form very thick dough.
    2. Now add this mixture to a shev maker and make thick shev out of it.
    3. Heat a deep frying pan with vegetable oil. Deep fry the jad shev until slightly brown.
