    About this recipe: We have all started a day with toast omlette at some point. Omlettes are one of the best breakfast items. However, having the same old plain omlette can becoming boring sometimes. Here's how you can throw in some spice to it, to turn into a mouth watering delicacy. Enjoy.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tablespoon chopped onions
    • Salt as needed
    • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
    • 1 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves
    • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil

    Directions
    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

    1. Break eggs in bowl add onions, salt, red chilli powder and coriander leaves. Stir and mix well.
    2. Heat oil on a tawa and spread this mixture. Fry the omelette from both sides.
