About this recipe:
This is a dish that is made during the Sankranti festival. Enjoy!
1 cup roasted crushed sesame seeds
1 cup roasted crushed peanuts
1 teaspoon elaychi (cardamom) powder
2 teaspoons ghee
¼ cup jaggery
- Mix sesame seeds, peanuts and elaychi powder. Set aside.
- In a heated non-stick pan, add ghee and jaggery. Stir continuously on stir low flame.
- Turn off the gas, and add sesame, peanuts and elaychi powder mixture. Stir the mixture very fast. Pour this mixture in a greased dish. And cut it horizontally and vertically into cubes.
