About this recipe: This is a dish that is made during the Sankranti festival. Enjoy!

Serves: 3 

  • 1 cup roasted crushed sesame seeds
  • 1 cup roasted crushed peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon elaychi (cardamom) powder
  • 2 teaspoons ghee
  • ¼ cup jaggery

Prep:10min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:25min 

  1. Mix sesame seeds, peanuts and elaychi powder. Set aside.
  2. In a heated non-stick pan, add ghee and jaggery. Stir continuously on stir low flame.
  3. Turn off the gas, and add sesame, peanuts and elaychi powder mixture. Stir the mixture very fast. Pour this mixture in a greased dish. And cut it horizontally and vertically into cubes.
