About this recipe:
Fruit rabadi is a milk based delicacy, topped with seasonal fruits. It is perfect as a comfort food!
2 litres full cream milk
1 and ½ cups sugar
1 teaspoon elaychi (cardamom) powder
2 cups fruits (seasonal)

- Mix milk and sugar. Stir regularly to avoid a dry layer of milk to form on top. Boil it until it thickens down to half its volume in about 20-30 minutes.
- Then add elaychi powder and mix well. Keep the mixture in fridge for 20 minutes. At the time of serving add fruits.
