About this recipe: Fruit rabadi is a milk based delicacy, topped with seasonal fruits. It is perfect as a comfort food!

Serves: 4 

  • 2 litres full cream milk
  • 1 and ½ cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon elaychi (cardamom) powder
  • 2 cups fruits (seasonal)

Prep:5min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Extra time:20min chilling  ›  Ready in:45min 

  1. Mix milk and sugar. Stir regularly to avoid a dry layer of milk to form on top. Boil it until it thickens down to half its volume in about 20-30 minutes.
  2. Then add elaychi powder and mix well. Keep the mixture in fridge for 20 minutes. At the time of serving add fruits.
