Sesame coconut vadi

    Serves: 3 

    • 1 and 1/2 cups sesame seeds, coarsely ground
    • 1 ½ cups milk
    • ½ cup ghee
    • 2 tablespoons sugar syrup
    • ½ cup cream
    • 2 cups grated coconut
    • 1 teaspoon elaychi (cardamom) powder
    • 1 teaspoon milk powder

    1. Mix sesame seeds in milk. Set aside.
    2. Then add sugar syrup, cream, coconut, elaychi and milk powder. Mix and stir continuously on a low flame.
    3. Pour this mixture in a greased dish. And cut it horizontally and vertically into cubes. You can use a cookie cutter to make different shapes as well.
