About this recipe:
Gajar chili is an amazing mix of the sweetness of gajar ( carrots) and red chilies. Serve with chapattis or rice.
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
2 to 3 curry leaves
2 teaspoons chopped green chilies
2 cups carrot slices
1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Heat a pan with vegetable oil. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chilies.
- Then add the carrot slices and lemon juice.
- Then fry for 15 minutes. Serve with chapatti.
