About this recipe:
This is a dahi (yoghurt) and bhendi ( okra) based dish. It is creamy and comforting. Serve with chapattis.
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cups bhendi (okra), cut in 1 inch pieces
Salt as needed
1 cup thick dahi (yoghurt)
5 green chilies, chopped
- Heat a pan with 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Add the okra and season with salt. Fry lightly. Set aside.
- Mix the dahi with green chillies. Then add the fried bhindi. Mix and serve.
