Heat a pan with vegetable oil. Add cumin and mustard seeds. Then add green chili paste, garlic and onions. Stir and fry.
Then add garam masala powder, red chili powder and haldi powder. Stir and mix. Then add salt, chana dal and chopped palak. Stir and cook for 10-15 minutes until the leaves have wilted and the dal has been seasoned well.
