    This is garlic flavored okras which have been shallow fried. Serve with chapattis.

    Serves: 3 

    • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
    • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
    • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
    • 1 teaspoon haldi powder
    • 2 cups bhendi (okra), chopped
    • Salt as needed

    1. Heat a pan with vegetable oil. Add cumin seeds, garlic, red chili powder and haldi powder. Stir and mix. Then add bhendi and salt. Stir and fry for 10 minutes on low flame.
