    About this recipe: This is a spicy, crunchy and delicious snack that will taste great with afternoon chai. Enjoy!

    Serves: 2 

    • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
    • ½ cup chopped onions
    • ½ cup chopped tomatoes
    • 2 teaspoons red chili powder
    • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
    • 1 teaspoon haldi powder
    • Salt as needed
    • 1 cup shev

    1. Heat a pan with vegetable oil. Add cumin seeds, onions and tomatoes. Stir and fry for 2 minutes. Then add red chili powder, garam masala powder and haldi powder. Stir and mix well. Sprinkle salt and shev. Stir and cook for 10 minutes.
