  • 100 gms rice, 50gms soyabin mil maker, 30g culi flower,30 gm carrot,30 gm patato,30 gms green peas,20 gms beat,20 gms tamato, coriander leaf,tamato sauce.
  • one cup chopped onion, 2tablespoon zinger garlic paste, 3 green chillis,3 clove,7black papper,1 elachi, 1 tezpata, 1/2 teaspoon zira,on
  • salt as per taste,5 table spoon refined oil , 1 tes poon garam masala poweder, 1 teaspoon dalchin powder,1 teaspoon biriani masala, 1 teaspoon red chili poweder


  1. keep pressure cooker on the stove, add oil in the cooker, after two minutes put the tez pata,zira, clove, elachi, black papper and add chopped onion and chillis, then fry it.add zinger garlic paste again fry.add chopped tomato, redchilli,biriani masala, dalchini powder, garam masal and then fry.add all vegitable and two minutes frt then add soyabin up to 5minute cook. add rice 2-3 minutes fry.pour water 5 cup water.then cover the pressure cooker. keep stove on slowly. after 2 to 3 whistle of pressure cooker dish is prepared. after 5 minutes you can open the pressure cooker. serve on plate with garnicing with tamato sauce and coriander leaf
