    Ingredients
    Serves: 3 

    • 2 capsicums
    • 2 potatoes
    • 2 carrots
    • 2 cups green peas
    • 4 tablespoons soybean oil
    • 2 onions, chopped
    • 2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
    • 1 teaspoon pav bhaji masala
    • Salt as needed
    • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
    • 1 tomato chopped
    • 4-5 curry leaves
    • 2 teaspoons butter
    • 6 Pavs or Indian bread

    Directions

    1. Cut the capsicum, potatoes and carrots in medium sized slices. Boil them with green peas, and mash.
    2. In a kadhai, add soybean oil. Allow to warm and add the onions, ginger garlic paste, pav bhaji masala, salt, red chilli powder, tomatoes and curry leaves. Stir carefully to not break the tomatoes. Pour on a serving bowl.
    3. Heat a tawa with butter. Grease the pav.
    4. Serve the bhaji with pav.
