    • 2-3 potatoes or vatana
    • 1/2 teaspoon haldi or turmeric powder
    • Salt as needed
    • 2 teaspoons ambar-khajur chutney
    • 4 teaspoons water
    • 1/2 teaspoon spicy chutney
    • 10 puris

    1. Boil the potatoes or vatana with haldi and salt. Peel the skin and cube.
    2. In a bowl, mix the ambar khajur chutney, water and spicy chutney.
    3. Fill each puri with the chutney sauce and a little bit of the cubed potatoes or vatana. Repeat for the rest of the puris. Serve.
