About this recipe:
This is a delicious and healthy snack/side dish made from spinach. Serve with chutney.
1/2 cup boiled chickpeas
2 bread slices
1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
1.5 cups half boiled palong/palak/spinach
1 teaspoon chopped green chilies
1 tablespoon besan
salt as needed
soybean oil for deep frying
- Mix all the ingredients together, excluding the oil.
- Heat a deep frying pan with soybean oil. Take a lump of the mixture on your palm and press slightly to make kabab. Deep fry the kabab. Repeat for the rest of the mixture.
- Serve with chutneys.
