    About this recipe: This is a treat for meat lovers, as the meat has been marinated and fried. Serve with naan or pulao.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 10 

    • 2 kg mutton slices
    • 4 tablespoons sweet yoghurt (mishit doi)
    • 1.5 tablespoons garam masala powder
    • 1 teaspoon pepper powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 2.5 tablespoons garlic paste
    • 2.5 tablespoons tomato sauce
    • 1/4 cup yoghurt
    • 1.5 tablespoons tandoori masala
    • 2 teaspoons red chilli flakes
    • 1.5 tablespoons ginger paste
    • 1/4 cup paste of crispy golden deep fried onion paste
    • 2.5 tablespoons lemon juice
    • 2.5 tablespoons nut paste
    • 2 tablespoons besan
    • 1/4 cup soybean oil

    Directions

    1. Slightly flatten the meat slices with a hammer or a rolling pin. Mix all the ingredients, excluding the besan and ghee with the meat. Marinate for 5 hours.
    2. Then cover the meat slices with besan powder.
    3. Heat a frying pan with ghee. On low heat, fry the meat slices until golden brown.
