Beat the eggs in a pot. Add chilli powder, ½ teaspoon of salt and ¼ teaspoon of turmeric powder to it and then beat it again.
In a greased pudding dish, pour the mixture. Bake in a pressure cooker until the mixture rises to make pudding.
Cut the pudding into cubes.
Heat a separate pan with oil and then add onion, ginger and garlic pastes. Then mix and add the jeera, coriander and green chilli pastes. Mix again and add the cardamoms, cinnamons and bay leaves. Stir and fry.
Add the pudding slices. Sprinkle salt and a drizzle of oil as required and put the lid on. Cook it for approximately 5 minutes.
Then add the sliced green chilli and cook it for another 5 minutes. Khora Dim is now ready to be served.
