dum aloo methi

    Its like a normal dumaloo but my touch to this recipe is that methi. Its very tasty.

    • 20 baby potatoes boiled
    • 1 cup fresh green methi
    • 300 gms curd
    • 2 tsp oil
    • 1 tsp chilli powder and turmeric powder
    • salt to taste
    • cuminpowder/pepperpowder/coriander(for garnish)


    1. Take a kadhai or deep vessel. put oil in it.Let it get warm.
    2. After that add turmeric and chilli powder. Now add boiled potatoes in it .
    3. Now add curd in it and stir it well.Let it for some time.After that add methi in it.Let it be for sometime. Now add salt to it.
    4. Your dumaloo methi is ready. garnish with garnishing material.


    note: serve with sweet and sour chutney
