pour oil in a pan and allow to heat then add cloves,cardamom,cinnamon.
now add finely chopped onions and fry for few min,then add ginger garlic paste.fry it for 2 to 3 min.
at this stage add all powders one by one and fry it.
now add tomato puree and stir well till oil comes out from gravy.
at this time pour little amount of oil in another pan and add paneer cubes and fry it but not in golden brown colour. take the paneer and put in in a warm water. this keeps paneer so soft for a long time.
after adding tomato puree now add cashew paste,salt for taste and stir for 5 min in simmer.
at this stage add paneer and stir it for 2 min.
at last add fresh cream and mix it well in simmer.
