About this recipe: It's an Indian style canapy


  • 2 long thin brinjal
  • salty biscuits 10-12
  • 2 tomatoes without skin
  • 6-8 garlic cloves
  • salt & chilli powder to taste
  • oil as required
  • 2 tsp tomato puree/sauce
  • hung curd
  • mint leaves for garnish


  1. Take a pan. put little oil.
  2. Now chop garlic & skinless tomato finely. put them in to pan containing oil. heat it for 2 mins now add tomato puree/saucein it add salt and chilli powder in it as per taste. cook it for 2 more min.transfer that paste in a bowl.
  3. Now cut long thin brinlaj in circles. Fry them in oil till they get brown.
  4. Now take a plate . keep all biscuits in. keep one pieces of brinjal on each biscuits.put little made tomato paste on it.
  5. Keep a little topping of hungcurd on it. garnish with one mint leaf on each.


use only salted biscuits.
