Now chop garlic & skinless tomato finely. put them in to pan containing oil. heat it for 2 mins now add tomato puree/saucein it add salt and chilli powder in it as per taste. cook it for 2 more min.transfer that paste in a bowl.
Now cut long thin brinlaj in circles. Fry them in oil till they get brown.
Now take a plate . keep all biscuits in. keep one pieces of brinjal on each biscuits.put little made tomato paste on it.
Keep a little topping of hungcurd on it. garnish with one mint leaf on each.
