About this recipe:Well its common that bread two to three days old are not suited for sandwiches. Bread poha is a perfect solution which is healthy, tasty and easy to make even. Quick snacky for eve after a tiring office or school.
In a thick bottom pan add around 3-4 tbsp oil, as the oil gets heated up add jeera and mustard seeds.
Once starts crackling add chopped onion till light golden brown
Add grated carrot and boiled green peas and continue shallow frying till carrot gets softer
Add the chopped tomatoes and stir till oil starts separating out
At this stage add turmeric powder, chilly powder, salt and sugar and mix the spices well
Once the mixture is done with the spices cooked proper add elaichi and laung ground for aroma
At this stage take the loaves of bread, sides removed and smash the bread properly such that it become a coarse powder and stir proper in very low flame as chances of bread sticking to the utensil exists.
Add beaten yogurt to get the stickiness
After stirring for 2-3 minutes , add salt again if required for taste
