For the Sosa Sauce:- Add dahi [curd] in a bowl and keep whisking it for about 6-7 minutes. Then add salsa (for a better taste add wrap salsa) and mix it till both the ingredients bind into each other or till you get a whitish-red colour.
Warm up the tortilla for 20 seconds in the microwave.
Prepare your Sosa sauce and add the masalas. Then add the finely chopped paneer, capsicum and onions and mix well.
Add the mixture on the tortilla and add the grated cheese on top. Roll the wrap up- your wrap is ready!
Repeat the process as many as times as you want so you can make more wraps
