About this recipe: One chutney and many uses. Whether its samosas, pakoras, dhokla, chaat, vadas and many more Indian snacks- coriander chutney is the perfect accompaniment to any Indian meal.

  • Coriander leaves-  roughly chopped 2 cup
  • Mint leaves- roughly chopped 2 cup
  • onion- roughly chopped 1 small
  • Tomatoe- roughly chopped 1 small
  • Green chillies- 4-5
  • sugar- 1 tsp
  • lemon juice- 1-2 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste


  1. Combine all the ingredients and grind to a smooth paste in a blender. If needed, add 2 to 3 tablespoons of water.
  2. Stored in an airtight container in the fridge, green chutney should last at least a week.
