Aloo Masala

    its a masala recipe n u can eat this with rice,paratha,luchi....its a very delicious n nutritious food.....

    • 2 big potatos chopped
    • 2 medium onion chopped
    • 2 tomatos chopped
    • half tspn garlic paste
    • half tspn ginger paste
    • half tspn turmeric powder
    • half tspn chili powder
    • half tspn coriander powder or few leaves
    • 1/4 tspn pepper
    • salt to taste
    • shelled peas
    • 1/4 garam masala
    • oil as desired


    1. on a pan heat some oil n fry the potatos and place aside
    2. on another cooking bowl heat oil and stire fry onions and green chilis.add ginger and garlic past and stire them well.then add turmeric powder,chili powder and coriander powder.stire fry them well and then add potatos and salt and fry 2-3 mints.then at the last add tomatos,peas and pepper and garam masala.
    3. after cooking them all off the heat and serve the hot MASALA ALOO..
