minced noodles biriyani

    i enjoyed and my hubby told it is good i love and enjoy cooking a lot.This recipe i tried it first time and it came out well it takes only 20 to 25 minutes.Enjoy the recipe

    • onion1,green chilly2-3,curry leaves little,coriander leaves,mint leaves,1capsicum,2 small tomotoes,pepper pd,turmeric powder cooked mince and cooked noodles.ginger garlic paste 1and1/2tsp

    • ginger garlic paste 1 and1/2tsp , green chilly 2-3 and garam masala 1/2 tsp
    • pepper powder 1/4tsp,turmeric powder a pinch and salt as required
    • 150gm cooked noodles along with little salt and 150gm cooked mince along with little garam masala and salt


    1. cook 150gm noodles with water and little salt and 150 gm of mince along with little garam masala and salt cook both items separately.heat oil in a frying pan add chopped onions,green chilly chopped,after that add ginger garlic paste 1/1/2tsp,fry it then add chopped capsicum,tomotoes,then add chopped curry leaves,coriander leaves and mint leaves and allow capsicum and tomotoes to get cooked. In the end add pepper powder,cooked mince and noodles.Add salt as required and stir it well and serve it hot.Hope all will enjoy.
    2. Add cold water after cooking noodles so that it does not stick to each other
