    • 4 cups Lauki / Bottle gourd, Grated
    • 4 tbsp Ghee
    • 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
    • 1/2 cup Mixed Dry Fruits Finely Sliced
    • 2 cup Milk, Boiled
    • 1/2 cup Sugar


    1. Heat ghee in a havey pan. Add bottle gourd and saute for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.
    2. Add boiled milk, mix well and cook on a medium flame. keep stir till milk reduces and become thick
    3. Add sugar, cardamom powder and mix well, cook for few minutes
    4. When halwa become thick switch off the flame
    5. Garnish with dry fruits
