Cheese and Paneer Rolls


    Yummy and delicious tea time recipe great to be served as snack to your family and guests!

    • 4 Fresh bread slices
    • 1 Cheese cube
    • 150 gms of Paneer
    • ¼ tsp Chili powder
    • A pinch of pepper powder
    • 1 tbsp oil
    • 1 tsp butter or ghee
    • Salt to taste


    1. Trim the end of the bread and roll them out after flattening them using the rolling pin.
    2. Take a microwave cookware or bowl; crumble the paneer in it, and some salt to taste and the spice powders. Add oil to the mixture and then microwave it for 20 seconds.
    3. This will make the paneer soft and the spices will mix well in it.
    4. Take the rolled out breads, stuff it with the paneer mixture and grated cheese. From one end roll the bread tight to cover the paneer.
    5. Brush the roll with butter or ghee.
    6. Take a microwave rack and microwave the paneer rolls for a minute
    7. Serve it hot with sauce.


    It tastes the best when you feel the cheesy explosion in your mouth with every bite you take.
