after 4 hours, empty the whole bowl including the sauces and chillies and garlic into a frying pan with one teaspoon of oil (optional).
Put it to cook on low flame and cover the frying pan.
you can add more of soya sauce and honey to adjust the sauces
let the chicken cook, it should take approx 10-15 min, depending on the size of the breast and amount of soy and honey you have added.
and it is ready once the chicken is cooked and the sauces have completely evaporated
This has all healthy elements, Soy, Honey, Garlic(good for heart), Chilly( good in digestion), Chicken ( best protein source). You can adjust the tastes to your liking. few people like it with more pugent(garlic), few like it sweet(honey), few like it spicy(chilly)
