About this recipe: Bruchetta is an Italian appetizer, quickly made out of tomatoes, spices and bread and of course a very delicious before the main dish or as a simple snack.

Serves: 4 

  • 1 ciabatta bread
  • 0.5 kg tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 2 garlic
  • basil, salt, pepper
  • olive oil

  1. Cut the bread into pieces, put some olive oil on top of every slice and put bread into the oven to get it toasted for about 5 minutes.
  2. For preparation of topping for bread, cut tomatoes, onions and garlic into small cubes and put everything into a bowl to mix it. Add olive oil, salt, pepper to your taste and mix well.
  3. When bread is nicely toasted, get it out of the oven and add mix of tomatoes, onions, garlic on top. At the end garnish every slice with a basil leave and drops of olive oil on top.
