Bruchetta is an Italian appetizer, quickly made out of tomatoes, spices and bread and of course a very delicious before the main dish or as a simple snack.

1 ciabatta bread
0.5 kg tomatoes
basil, salt, pepper
- Cut the bread into pieces, put some olive oil on top of every slice and put bread into the oven to get it toasted for about 5 minutes.
- For preparation of topping for bread, cut tomatoes, onions and garlic into small cubes and put everything into a bowl to mix it. Add olive oil, salt, pepper to your taste and mix well.
- When bread is nicely toasted, get it out of the oven and add mix of tomatoes, onions, garlic on top. At the end garnish every slice with a basil leave and drops of olive oil on top.
