About this recipe:MY idea of cooking is "HAVE FUN WID COOKING". Mainly hostel students can try it , and am sure they gonna enjoy it alot . THE MOST INTERSTING THING ABOUT IT IS THAT , I HAVE USED LEAST INGREDIENTS , B'COZ OF scarcity of it . Main purpose of preparing this dish was 2 let all the students knw , hw they can prepare a delicious food wid less no of materials and can hv their own party in a single room & they should not miss their mom’s flavour in it . SPECIAL TIPS 4 dis recipe is, u can use LEMON instead of VINEGAR & can use boil onion and smashed tomato to prepare spices .
1 large Onion, diced into 1 inch square. 1 onion diced into circle shape(decoration)
2 large boiled onion for preparing spices.
1 Garlic (Around 8-10 large cloves) finely chopped
3-4 Green Chillies finely chopped (Adjust as per taste) & 2-3 chillies (GARNISH)
1 inch cube Ginger, peeled and finely chopped
1½ tbsp Dark Soya Sauce
1-2 tbsp Chilli Sauce (Adjust as per taste)
1-2 tbsp Tomato Sauce (Optional. Adjust as per taste)
½ - 1 tsp Pepper powder.
1½ - 2 tbsp Corn Flour
25 ml oil (refine)
Salt to taste
1 lemon (used as vinegar) & (GARNISHING)
cumin powder & coriander leafs
curry powder (for taste)
1 smashed tomato (as spices ) & 1 tomato diced into circle (decoration)
Turmeric as per required
Make a mixture of corn flour, mushroom , few pieces of diced onion ,chopped ginger garlic & chilli (as per required ) , peeper powder as required , salt to taste , 1/2 lemon and keep the paste aside .
NOTE :- Dont add water because mushroom itself leaves water .
Heat oil in pan and fry two pieces of chilli and keep it aside for garnishing & then add onion,garlic, ginger and chillies , saute it for few minutes till the onion becomes soft.
Then add capsicum , curry powder , cumin powder , pepper powder, turmeric powder and fry it 4 few mins then add mixture of mushroom fry till it becomes soft .
Add all the sauce and add some water (as per your choice 4 gravy) heat it till sauce get mixed properly and gravy becomes thick.
Put that hot mushroom garlic in a plate and garnish it with slice of lemon and coriander leaf , & decorate with sliced tomato and onion . And put two fried chillies over the dish.
Then the "DELICIOUS MUSHROOM HOT GARLIC " is ready to serve .
U can take it with Naan or even Rice .
