Apple jalebis ( An Indian exotic dessert)
Apple Jalebis can be best described as apple wafers dipped in the flavorful sugar syrup. This is a modified version of Jalebis. They taste best when served hot.

1 large Apple
1/2 cup Refined flour (maida)
2 tbsp Cornflour/ corn starch
2 tbsp Semolina (rawa/suji)
2 tbsp Vinegar
Baking soda a pinch
Oil for frying
2 cup Kesari Sugar syrup
For sugar syrup
Take 2 cup water and 1 3/4 cup sugar in a pan bring it to boil , add 5-6 strings of saffron keep boiling till one string consistency form . Now Kesari sugar syrup is ready to use .
In a glass bowl add maida, cornflour, suji, vinegar, baking soda . Add sufficient water and whisk together to make a batter.
Slice the apple into thick roundels and remove the seeds.
Heat sufficient oil in a skillet . Dip the apple roundels in the batter and slide them in the hot oil and deep-fry till golden and crisp. Drain and dip into the sugar syrup.
Strain from the sugar syrup, and serve hot Shortcut
You have to be little careful while frying apples ...drain access batter so that jalebi take proper shape .
