About this recipe: This quick tangy prawn masala is one of my favorites and goes well with rice, roti and as a snack for parties too. I have made this so many times, especially when there is a house party and have been complimented many a times. Do try it and you wont regret it. Tip: I like the end product taste like a pickle, so I add extra lime juice and chilli powder for the kick.
There is no need to keep the prawns marinated for a while. You can start cooking soon after marinating.
