    Choco bar is a confection in bar form comprising some or all of the following components: cocoa solids, cocoa butter, sugar, and milk. The relative presence or absence of these components form the subclasses of dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and white chocolate. In addition to these main ingredients, it may contain emulsifiers such as soy lecithin and flavors such as vanilla.     • Plain Ice Creame 1/2 kg (how to make plain ice cream( see 1/2 kg
    • Butter 2 tbsp
    • Chocolate powder 1 tbsp
    • Coco powder 1 tsp
    • Coffee 1/4 tsp


    1. Pour the plain ice cream in to kulfi moulds and let them cool down to room temperature
    2. Take a pan add butter .
    3. Mix all the powder in to butter melt them in low flame.
    4. Add the mixer into the kulfi and freeze it for 10 mintue
    5. Demould the chocobar and serve it
