About this recipe: this is a very healthy dish

  • BAKED VEG INGREDIENT 100 grams potatoes, peeled and cubed 50 grams carrots cut into 1 inch pieces 50 grams fresh broccoli, cut into florets 50 grams zucchini, thickly sliced 100 grams béchamel sauce 50 grams capsicum, red and green 02 tbsp olive oil 40 grams cheese, grated ¼ tea spoon salt ½ tea spoon white pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. Lightly oil a large, shallow baking dish. Combine vegetables and béchamel sauce in prepared baking dish, and grated cheese lightly salt. Brush with olive oil. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, up to on top a light golden brown colour comes. Serve hot with garnish with chopped parsley.
  2. you can make it dry also by not adding sauce
