Paneer Kheer

    Kheer is a Indian dish made by boiling rice, broken wheat, or vermicelli with milk and sugar; it is flavoured with cardamom, raisins, saffron, cashew nuts, pistachios or almonds.     • Paneer 1 1/4 cup
    • Full cream milk 3 cups
    • Sugar ( to taste) 1/4 cup
    • Pinch of crushed cardamom
    • Sliced almonds 2 tbsp
    • Sliced pistachios 1 tbsp


    1. Boil the milk until it thickens and is reduced to half the original quantity.
    2. Stir occasionally so that it does not stick to the base of the pan.
    3. Add sugar in the mixer.
    4. Grate the paneer and add it to the mixer and stir it in to milk.
    5. Add all chopped dry fruits.
    6. chill the kheer and serve it
