    Hara bhara kebab, a green delight loaded with nutrients from spinach, potato and green peas . hara bhara kabab is a recipe which is so easy to prepare. Pack this all time favourite snack with green chutney or tomato ketchup . Preparation Time : 21-25 minutes Cooking time : 26-30 minutes Servings : 4

    • Spinach (palak) 2 Cups
    • Potatoes(aloo) (boiled) 2 medium
    • Peas(matar) 1/2 Cup
    • Gram flour (Besan) 2 tbsp
    • Ginger garlic paste (crushed) 2tsp
    • Chaat Masala 1 tsp
    • Salt To taste
    • Oil 2 tbsp


    1. Blanch spinach leaves in two cups of boiling salted water for five minutes. Drain, refresh in cold water and squeeze out excess water. Finely chop.
    2. Take a bowl add boiled potatoes, peas and chopped spinach.
    3. Now add ginger garlic ,chaat masala and salt.
    4. Then add gram flour for binding. Mix well
    5. Shape into round patties and shallow or pan fry the kebabs till golden brown.
    6. Pack these kebab to Tiffin with green chutney or tomato sauce and await an empty tiffin back home.
