100 gms Bread crouton 01 Egg, quarter boiled 50 gms Lettuce leaf, cut in cubes ½ tsp Salt 1 tsp White pepper ½ tsp Mustard powder 3 tbsp Sald oil 2 tsp Vinegar 1 tsp Lemon juice 1 tsp sugar 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
Take quarter boiled egg add salad oil, vinegar, salt, white pepper, lemon juice, sugar add in bread croutons, and lettuce leafs. Arrange in a dish. Garnish with parsley serve it.
