300 gms Capsicums, cubes 200 gms Potatoes, cubes 50 gm chopped onion 50 gm chopped tomato 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp Red chili powder 1 tsp Ground coriander 2 tsp ginger garlic paste ½ tsp garam masala Pd 2 tbsp Oil ¼ tsp Salt to taste 1 tsp Coriander leaves, chopped for garnish
Heat the oil and fry chopped onion till it turns brown. Add ginger garlic paste sauté them till brown. Add capsicum and potato and fry it for few minutes. Add chopped tomato, turmeric powder, red chili powder, ground, coriander and salt. Mix it well and cook it till it turns tender. Finish with garam masala pd. Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.
