    About this recipe: Kheera, capsicum, tomato in an olive oil and mustard vinaigrette.

    Serves: 7 

    • 1 cucumber, sliced
    • 1 green capsicum pepper, sliced
    • 1 red onion, sliced
    • 4 large tomatoes, cut into wedges
    • 4 tablespoons olive oil
    • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
    • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
    • 2 tablespoons mustard seeds
    • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon mirchi sauce, such as Tabasco (optional)

    1. In a salad bowl, combine the cucumber, pepper, red onion and tomatoes.
    2. Whisk together the remaining ingredients. Pour the vinaigrette over salad and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
