    About this recipe: Speedy recipe which comes very handy. Great for breakfast or brunch.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 2 Eggs
    • 1 Onion
    • A pinch Salt
    • A pinch Red chilly power/ 1/2 green chilli minced
    • 1 tea spoon lemon juice

    Directions
    Prep:15min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:25min 

    1. Cut the onion into small pieces. Add either chopped green chillies or red chilli powder.
    2. Take 3 tea spoons of oil in fry pan. Add the onion and green chillies. Fry until onion turns slight red.
    3. Then add 2 eggs, salt, chilly powder and little lemon juice. Cook them for 5 minutes. If you like, scramble them with a fork. Egg Burjhi is ready.
