About this recipe:
Speedy recipe which comes very handy. Great for breakfast or brunch.
A pinch Salt
A pinch Red chilly power/ 1/2 green chilli minced
1 tea spoon lemon juice
- Cut the onion into small pieces. Add either chopped green chillies or red chilli powder.
- Take 3 tea spoons of oil in fry pan. Add the onion and green chillies. Fry until onion turns slight red.
- Then add 2 eggs, salt, chilly powder and little lemon juice. Cook them for 5 minutes. If you like, scramble them with a fork. Egg Burjhi is ready.
Altered ingredient amounts.
Add more onion to ear it with bread toast...
