Chocolate Fudge Icing

    You'll never buy a cake from the market again. Decorating cakes is a great family activity and this rich, moist icing works beautifully, setting not too solidly. It's enough to ice and fill an 8 inch cake. And you'll never believe how easy it is to make!

    Serves: 20 

    • 55 gm butter or margarine
    • 2 tablespoons milk
    • 2 tablespoons cocoa
    • 225 gm sifted icing sugar

    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:25min  ›  Ready in:30min 

    1. Put butter, milk & cocoa into a pan & heat gently until it's all melted and mixed together. Take it off the heat and allow to cool slightly.
    2. Add the icing sugar - about a quarter of it at a time - then beat until smooth.
