    About this recipe: This is my all-time favorite snack. I make it at every party and it is always a hit.

    Serves: 2 

    • 2 tablespoon oil
    • 1 cup roasted peanuts
    • 1/2 cup onions (chopped)
    • 1/2 cup coriander leaves (chopped)
    • 2-3 green chillies (chopped) - optional
    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
    • Salt to taste

    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:10min 

    1. Heat oil in a pan, add the chopped onion and saute till they turn transparent. Add all the ingredients, cook for 2 minutes. Serve hot.


    You can increase or decrease the spice degree by adding or removing the desired amount of pepper and green chillies.
