    Serves: 4 

    • For filling
    • 4 long green chillies
    • 4 medium potatoes (boiled and mashed)
    • 1 teaspoon chilli powder
    • Salt to taste
    • For pakora
    • 1 cup besan
    • Salt to taste
    • Oil for frying

    1. Slit green chillies andremove the seeds. Blanch it in hot water.
    2. Mix chilli powder and salt in potatoes. Put potato masala in and around the chilli.
    3. In a separate bowl mix salt water and besan .Make smooth batter.
    4. Heat oil in a deep pan. Dip green chillies in besan batter. Deep fry till golden brown. Serve hot.

    Serving suggestion

    Serve it with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
