    We make this couple of times a week as it’s a good change from regular rotis and healthy option too.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 1 cup wheat flour (atta)
    • 1 cup gram flour (besan)
    • 2 teaspoon kasoori methi leaves (crushed)
    • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon ajawin
    • Salt to taste
    • Water for kneading

    Directions
    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:10min 

    1. Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough. Divide it into equal 6-8 balls. Roll thick rotis out of it.
    2. Cook it like paratha by brushing ghee/oil on the both sides. Eat hot with your favorite vegetable.

    Substitution

    You can also make it by adding chopped garlic instead of methi or just add ajawin and salt to both the flours and eat it with your favorite pickle.
