    Serves: 2 

    • For Stuffing
    • 2 teaspoon oil
    • 1/2 cup besan
    • 1 teaspoon sauf
    • 1 teaspoon chilli powder
    • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon mango powder (amchoor)
    • salt to taste
    • For dough
    • 1 cup wheat flour
    • salt to taste
    • water for kneading

    1. For Stuffing:Heat oil in pan, roast besan in it till light pink in color. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
    2. Add all the masala in it, Mix it thoroughly.
    3. For Paratha: Make dough by mixing salt and then water in wheat flour.
    4. Roll out 6 inches roti, put stuffing in the center. Fold and roll it again make a thin paratha.
    5. On a hot tava, cook it with both side brushed with oil. Eat with your favorite chutney or spicy pickle.


    You can make besan masala in advance and keep it in fridge for almost a month.
