    About this recipe: Just four ingredients give you these fluffy scones and surprise, they're made with lemonade! So easy even kids can make them. Serve warm with jam and cream.

    Serves: 16 

    • 900g self-raising four
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 300ml cream
    • 1 (325ml) can of lemonade or sprite

    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:25min 

    1. Preheat oven to 220 degrees C.
    2. Sift flour and salt into a large mixing bowl.
    3. Stir in wet ingredients and mix into a dough.
    4. Tip out onto a well floured surface and cut out scones with a 6cm flutted edge pastry cutter.
    5. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes until they are golden on top.
    6. Cool on a wire rack.
    7. Serve warm with jam and whipped cream.
