A nice recipe for gravy wala chicken flavoured with adrak, jeera, garam masala and lemon. Serve with dhania wale chawal.

Changed a few things but still stuck to the core of the recipe. I used 4 dried Nagas and around 8 Birds eye chillies. Halved the Chilli powder (2 tablespoons). Oh yes depite halving the chilli powder, half a lemon was nowhere near enough to make a paste. Used a whole lemon plus a few squirts of lemon juice. Brilliant taste, cracking heat (nose runner) but without the heat ruining the flavour or my mouth for the next six months.
